              VEHICLE AUCTION     

PACS Transportation is now offering a select group of used vehicles for sale.  Interested parties should click on the following link to be directed to the vehicle auction website  This site contains all pertinent information including auction dates and times, bidding procedures, vehicle pictures and detailed vehicle information.  Vehicle Auction


If you are needing to schedule a ride with PACS for Public Transportation or Medicaid, you may now register at our self-service page and then request a ride using our new online application.  If you have never ridden with PACS, please call the appropriate number below in order to complete the initial setup in our system.

If you have previously ridden with PACS but have never registered with the self-service option, click on the Schedule a Ride link below and then select New User Registration.  If you have previously registered, click on the Schedule a Ride link, select Portal Home, login in and then request your ride.

Please note the followning restrictions: (1). This new online function does not apply to the city bus services, Hopkinsville Transit or Madisonville Transit.  (2). All trips requested online must be submitted a minimum of 4 days in advance.

For Medicaid Transportation for Caldwell, Christian, Crittenden, Hopkins, 
Livingston, Lyon, Muhlenberg, Todd and Trigg Counties call 1-800-467-4601
(For a Medicaid trip you must call at least 72 hours prior to the time you wish to be picked up.)

 For Public and Veterans Transportation call the following number for your county of residence: (You must call at least 24 hours prior to the time you wish to be picked up.)

Rate Schedule 

Public Transportation

In County Trips          $ .70     per mile per person

Out of County Trips   $ 1.10     per mile per person

ADA Accessible vehicles available upon request

Two (2) minors (0-18 yrs.) may ride with guardian free of charge
Group Trip Rates                                                   

Flat rate round trip $20 per vehicle and $ .70 per mile

*Groups are defined as Qualified Human Service Organizations as an exemption to Charter Service per 49 CFR 604.7.  "Qualified human service organization" means an organization that serves persons who qualify for human service or transportation related programs or services due to disability, income, or advanced age. (49 CFR 604.3)

1. Call 1-800-467-4601 at least 72 hours prior to your medical appointment.

2. Have current Medicaid number available and give this number to the person taking your call.

3. Provide the person taking your call with the following information:
     a. Your name and relationship to the rider (if not the client yourself, then you must be the spouse,
         legal guardian or hold a legal power of attorney)
     b. Date, time and address of the medical appointment  
     c. Medical reason for the trip
     d. Any special needs of the rider such as needs wheelchair, legally blind, etc.

4. A confirmation number will be issued after all necessary information is obtained by the clerk and entered
    into the computer system.  This number should be retained in order to verify that the trip has been
